The brief
The brief for this agency client was to research and develop a thought leadership piece, working in collaboration with the client's Managing Director. The goal: to explore what a hydrogen economy for the UK would require and whether we are equipped for it, breaking down the various means of hydrogen production, before segueing into Blackhall Engineering's role in the UK's energy future.
Process
In order to fully explore the topic and achieve the client's desired outcome, I first had to interview the Managing Director in order to gain his professional insights into the subject. From there, I went on to research governmental literature around its targets for Net Zero in the UK, before researching the various means of hydrogen production, otherwise known as the hydrogen rainbow.
The result
With these three key sources of information in place, I was able to break down complex subject matter for easy consumption by readers. In doing so, I was able to help the client to present an insightful thought leadership piece to the wider hydrogen industry, enabling them to position themselves with authority.
